If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return it. We want to know what we can do to make you happy!
You can return your order within 14 days if the product is unused and still in its original condition with all tags and labels. You do not need to notify us via email. Follow the instructions below to return an item.

If you wish to return a jewelry set, all items must be returned together.
Easy returns in 2 steps:
Step 1: Send your order out
Send the products with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure the package has a Track&Trace code, if the transmitter is responsible, we do not want a misunderstanding. The cost of the return is your responsibility.
Step 2: Receive the purchase amount on your account
If we receive the package, we ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 business days!

Do you have your favorites on order but you want them replaced? Please return to the online store and place a new order within the terms that apply.
